Rich Woman By Kim Kiyosaki : My Review

Rich Woman By Kim Kiyosaki : My Review

Just as in the Rich Dad books, Kim Kiyosaki has set out to educate and empower women in the realm of finances and money. Having the knowledge and gaining experience with money, finances and investing can actually free people. Having that power and control of our own money can give us the freedom and independence that we need. Not that we, as women need to be independent of our spouses, but we need to have the knowledge and to be prepared should something tragic or dramatic should happen. If you are familiar with the Kiyosakis, then you know that the two of them are married and have been for many years. They have built a successful business together, and Kim has her own aside from her husband.

It used to be, years ago, that a woman should find a mate, get married and live happy ever after. The man of the household would be the one who brings home the bacon. But, what happens if the spouse passes on, or the couple get divorced? If the woman doesn’t have financial understanding or be able to take care of herself financially, she could end up broke or worse.

What I like about Kim’s book is that she touches on different ways that a woman can invest for her future. When I think of the Kiyosaki’s, the first thing that comes to mind is cash flow properties. I’ve read many of their books, attended their seminars and of course, constantly play the game CashFlo.

She touches on real estate investing, as well as the stock market, and commodities. Some people may shine when it comes to real estate, but kick butt in the stock market. Now, this is not a how to book, so please don’t expect to get real estate or stock advice!!!

Kim speaks to all women, and shows them that there are different things that they can do to make money and invest it. She also wants to help people to have a positive attitude about money, since many of us were told negative things about it growing up.

Her book is an easy read, so it isn’t like reading a text book. She uses examples, stories and discussions with her girlfriends to get her ideas across.

She doesn’t go over how to invest – it’s pretty much just the basis and to let people know that there are options out there. She urges her readers to just get started and take some action, no matter how big or small that action is. She wants to see that women accept responsibility for their own financial future.

Fantastic review of Kim Kiyosaki’s book. I am a huge fan and I love what they teach. I think I have every book ever written by both of them.
And Kim is right.. take action. We can spend all day learning but it is the action that gives us the real experience.
Thank you so much for sharing this book!
