What Are You Grateful For?
I have made it a habit of mine to keep a journal that nightly I make a list of at least five things that I am grateful for. It has to be something different every day.
By physically writing down every day what we are grateful for, we are thinking about and focusing on something good in our lives, something that makes us happy, or is just working right. What we focus on expands, so why not focus on the positive and what is going on right on the world?
By thinking about what we are grateful for, we are producing positive energy, positive vibrations. Focusing on the positive will bring more positive into our lives like a magnet. It’s especially good to do at the end of the day before bed because those positive thoughts are the last things we’re thinking before we go to sleep.

If you don’t have a gratitude journal now, you should think about trying it. Just for a while, to see how much your life has changed. You will see good and happy things start to happen.
