Teamwork: a Main Ingredient in the Recipe of Success!
When it comes to Entrepreneurship, I have found that one of the most important parts of business ownership is teamwork. When I got started in network marketing, I joined a team first. Teamwork is a very important part of network marketing, as it is a people business. Shortly after that, I ventured into the world of internet marketing.
Coming from the employee mindset and working at a job for 20 plus years, I was learning and doing things on my own. It’s the way we’re all conditioned, or at least the schools I attended conditioned me. We did everything on our own. I had always prided myself in being independent and self sufficient. I didn’t need anyone’s help and was very good at figuring things out on my own.
The new friends I made in the network marketing and internet marketing environments were offering their assistance and advice to anyone that needed it. Once I started realizing their generosity and accepted their open arms, did I see change. I was tired of the frustration and struggling of going it alone.
My life, and the things I was wanting to get accomplished became easier and I became more successful. People were just offering help and wanted or expected nothing in exchange, although, I happily helped them and returned the favor.
After a short while, my team and network began to grow. We formed a huge and tight knit web of people helping each other we all grow and progress our businesses. You truly can, as I have learned, make more progress with a team of people to support you, bounce around ideas, to partner with and more.
I don’t think I ever would have realized the importance of teamwork had I not ventured away from my employee mindset and environment. It has been the best decision I have ever made. Had I not, then I wouldn’t have met the amazing people that I have in attending industry events and participating in the many social media groups that I have found. It really is all about the TEAM!
